Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 1, 2026
IT KORR (“IT KORR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who interact with our website and services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you visit www.itkorr.com or submit information through our tools, forms, and consultation requests.
Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide when you:
- Submit a contact or consultation request form
- Request a hosting or colocation proposal through our estimator tools
- Submit an infrastructure review request or custom proposal inquiry
- Communicate with us by email or phone
This information may include your name, company name, email address, phone number, and details about your infrastructure requirements or project scope.
Infrastructure Configuration Data. When you use our Server Hosting Cost Estimator or Colocation Cost Estimator and submit a proposal request, we collect the configuration data you entered — such as CPU, memory, storage, bandwidth, rack space, and power requirements. This information is used solely to prepare a relevant infrastructure proposal and is not used for any other purpose.
Automatically Collected Information. Our website may collect standard web analytics data, including pages visited, time spent on pages, referral sources, browser type, and general geographic region. This data is collected in aggregate and does not identify individual users.
How We Use Information
We use information you provide for the following purposes:
- Responding to consultation requests and infrastructure inquiries
- Preparing infrastructure proposals, estimates, and service recommendations
- Sending proposal summaries and estimate confirmations to the email address you provide
- Following up on submitted requests within our standard response timeframe
- Improving our website, tools, and service offerings
IT KORR does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies & Analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to support functionality and understand how visitors use our site. This may include session cookies required for website operation and analytics cookies that collect aggregated usage data.
We use analytics tools to understand website traffic patterns, page performance, and tool usage. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve our website and does not identify individual users.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection on our contact and proposal forms. Cloudflare's use of data is governed by their own privacy policy.
We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to send transactional emails — such as proposal summaries and consultation confirmations. Email addresses submitted through our forms are transmitted to Brevo for this purpose only.
Communication Preferences
When you submit a proposal request or consultation inquiry, you will receive a transactional confirmation email containing your submitted configuration or inquiry details. This email is sent as a service confirmation, not a marketing communication.
If you subsequently receive communications from IT KORR regarding your inquiry, you may request to stop receiving follow-up communications at any time by replying to any email and requesting removal from follow-up communications, or by contacting us directly at [email protected].
Data Protection
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information submitted through our website. Our website is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted securely and protected by bot detection measures.
We retain contact and inquiry information for a reasonable period to facilitate follow-up on submitted requests. We do not retain infrastructure configuration data beyond what is necessary to process and respond to a proposal request.
Your Privacy Rights (GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California, you may have some or all of the following rights with respect to personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law:
- Right to access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal information, where applicable
- Right to restrict or object to processing of your personal information
- Right to data portability — request your information in a portable format, where applicable
- Right to know and delete (California) — request disclosure of the categories of personal information we collect and request its deletion
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing (California) — not applicable in practice: IT KORR does not sell or share personal information with third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Most cookies used on our website are limited to essential site functionality and aggregate analytics — see “Cookies & Analytics” above. You can control or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings; doing so may affect some website functionality.
Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where applicable data protection law (such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA) grants you rights that cannot be limited by this choice of law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last revised. Continued use of our website after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
