- Review Entra ID Protection risk detections.
Quarterly
- Review standing privileged role assignments.
- Review stale/inactive user accounts.
- Review application registrations and granted permissions.
Annually
- Confirm Entra ID licensing tier still matches required capabilities.
- Re-verify hybrid identity policy alignment (password, lockout) between on-premises AD and Entra ID.
- Full Conditional Access policy review against current business needs.
