The Identity & MFA Readiness Assessment covers authentication and access policy broadly. This assessment is specific to Entra ID tenant health — licensing alignment, hybrid sync, and directory hygiene — a different, more platform-specific dimension.
Do we need hybrid identity (on-premises AD) for this assessment to be relevant?
The licensing and directory-hygiene sections apply to any tenant, cloud-only or hybrid. The hybrid sync health section is only relevant if you run Entra Connect with an on-premises Active Directory.
